Hi!
I’m Daria,
A Nutritionist and Pilates instructor helping people improve their wellbeing through personalized nutrition, realistic lifestyle changes, and a whole-body approach to health.
MY STORY
Since teenage years I loved learning about nutrition, trying new recipes, staying active, and finding small habits that made me feel good. It was simply part of who I was. Because of that, I thought I had it all figured out — eat well, exercise, look after yourself... and your body will naturally feel good too.
Then I moved to the Netherlands.
It was one of the biggest changes in my life, and with it came a level of stress I had never really experienced before. Without even realizing it at first, I became completely disconnected from myself. I gained weight, my skin was breaking out, my energy wasn't the same anymore, and my digestion — which had already been a struggle for most of my life — became worse than ever.
What frustrated me the most was that I knew what a healthy lifestyle looked like. I wasn't someone starting from zero. I already understood nutrition, I exercised, I cared about my health…and yet, while ‘doing everything right’ - I was feeling my worst.
Like so many people, I started searching for answers. I tried different approaches, read articles, listened to podcasts, followed advice from people online... and honestly, the more I learned, the more confused I became. Everyone seemed to have a different opinion about what was "healthy," and it became exhausting trying to figure out who to believe.
At some point, I stopped looking for the one perfect answer. Instead, I became curious.
I started paying more attention to my body rather than what everyone else was telling me to do. Slowly, through nourishing food, movement, better stress management, healthier routines, and a lot of inner work, things began to shift. Not overnight, and definitely not because of one magic supplement or one perfect diet, but because of many small changes that finally started working together. For the first time in a long time, I felt connected to myself again.
That experience made me question everything I thought I knew about what it actually means to feel well. It also made me realize something else: I've always loved helping people feel their best. Long before this became my career, I was sharing recipes and all the little nutrition tips & tricks with people around me, helping friends build gym routines, and just generally being that person people would come to for wellness advice.
I wanted to understand the body on a much deeper level — not just through social media, books, or podcasts, — but through proper education. That's how I ended up choosing the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA).
I really liked approach of NTA, because it looked not only at nutrition part of things, but at the whole picture: digestion, blood sugar balance, stress, sleep, lifestyle, and the foundations that allow the body to function well in the first place. It matched what I had already started to understand from my own experience.
During my studies, I also realized that movement deserved an equally important place in my work. That’s what led me to go through professional training and become a certified Pilates instructor in both Mat and Reformer. I truly believe nutrition and movement go hand in hand when it comes to building a healthier, stronger, more connected body.
Today, that's the approach I bring to every client I work with.
My own experience taught me that feeling well rarely comes from one perfect diet, one supplement, or one lifestyle change. It's about understanding the bigger picture and finding an approach that works for you. That's exactly what shapes the way I work today.
WHAT I
BELIEVE
Every body has a different story.
Instead of trying to fit everyone into the same plan, I take the time to understand your unique health history, lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Every recommendation is tailored to you—because your body deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Health is about the bigger picture.
Digestive health, hormones, stress, sleep, movement, blood sugar, energy, and nutrition don't exist separately—they constantly influence one another. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, I look at how the different pieces fit together to better understand what your body may need.
Small, realistic changes lead to lasting results.
I don't believe you need to completely overhaul your life to feel better. Sustainable progress comes from simple habits that fit into your everyday routine and can actually be maintained long after we finish working together.
Feeling heard is part of the healing process.
Improving your health isn't just about receiving a list of recommendations. It's about having someone who listens, understands your concerns, and supports you without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, learning about your body, and building confidence in your own choices.
